With the launch of our new website, we wanted to revamp the forums, we explored many options to push our community to integrate. However, the more complex the 'community' the least we liked the idea.

In the end we decided to go with Reddit as our community, its already wildly used by our customers, its easy to use and we think it will make a difference in the way our community interacts.

So lets get started!

I've been on here for about 3 years and I've never created a subreddit or been a moderator in one - so can't help you there. I'm also not a designer, so can't help you on the looks. I'm a developer - and it looks like you've got http://forum.webbynode.com already set up to point to reddit, so that's good. I don't know much about marketing and SEO, but I can tell you that all your Google results for forum.webbynode.com now display a reddit 404, which is something you might want to look into.

steve, since we just launched it not a lot of people know about it yet, so discussions will start little by little. We'll be using this as Webbynode's customer community. You can get more info at http://webbynode.com however.
